Our Services

Medication management

Our trained staff assists individuals in taking their prescribed medications as directed by their physicians. We ensure that all medication orders are followed precisely, and our documentation system ensures accurate medication tracking and accountability.

Medical Support

Co-Living Oasis provides support to individuals with diverse medical needs. Whether it's scheduling appointments or accompanying individuals to their appointments, we offer tailored assistance based on the level of support required.

Transportation

Co-Living Oasis supports individuals with their transportation needs, ensuring access to work, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or recreational activities. We coordinate Para-Transit and Fixed Route bus services to facilitate community access. Additionally, authorized Co-Living Oasis staff may be available to provide transportation to and from appointments and community events.

Behavior Support Services

Co-Living Oasis provides support to individuals experiencing a range of challenging behaviors. Our behavior team employs Positive Behavior Supports to create personalized treatment plans aimed at reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Benefit Management

Co-Living Oasis collaborates closely with Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security to ensure continuous benefit eligibility for our residents. Many individuals trust Co-Living Oasis as their Representative Payee, allowing us to assist with managing their finances. Our skilled accounting team offers meticulous oversight of expenditures and provides clear, transparent reporting of all account transactions.
